Harry Jung has served with the firm since 1981. Mr. Jung provides advisory services to clients particularly in the area of larger divestitures and mergers and expert witness testimony. He is also responsible for liason within the oil and gas community, the strategic direction of the firm's engineering and information systems and other CEO obligations.

Mr. Jung is extremely active in the area of industry governance as the chair of the Petroleum Society of CIM, Standing Committee on Reserves Definitions, and a member of the SPEE Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook Committee. Mr. Jung is a former member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers Reserves Definition Committee and a former member of the Alberta Oil and Gas Securities Taskforce.

Dana Laustsen joined the firm in 1982, advancing to his current position as COO, where he is ultimately responsible for the firm's engineering and geological services. Mr. Laustsen is also charged with providing a high level of corporate advisory services and expert witness testimony. He has authored various technical papers and industry presentations.

At present, Mr. Laustsen is active with many recognized engineering and consulting organizations within North America, contributing time and expertise to APEGGA, CIM and the SPE.

Keith Braaten has been with the firm since 1985, advancing to his current position as Chief Technical Officer, where he is responsible for development and maintenance of the firm's technical expertise and international business strategy. Mr. Braaten has extensive experience in domestic and international reservoir studies, corporate reserves evaluations, resource supply studies, and expert witness testimony.
