GLJ geophysicists work closely with our geologists and engineers to determine the most reasonable three-dimensional picture of the reservoir; its configuration in both structure and pore volume. These maps are used in support of our reserves and resource appraisal evaluations, and have been used to identify and subsequently quantify both the risk and the uncertainty in various exploration prospects or leads.
Our in-house Geophysicist, Mr. Roger Mahoney, has over 35 years of experience in seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation, with experience in over 53 countries. He has been involved in projects ranging from large-scale basin analysis to the detailed mapping of reservoir parameters. These projects are augmented through the development and interpretation of detailed geophysical data including:
